1. Check Availability and Prices
Limited Orders
A minimum of 4 weeks notice is normally required. Orders will be accepted on a first come first served basis, since we only take limited amount of orders each month.

2. Confirm Your Reservation
Deposit
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
You can pay us by debit or credit card, online (paypal) or send a UK cheque by post. We will then confirm that your deposit has been received and that your order is confirmed. Read our available payment methods.
3. Sending Pictures
Picture Requirements
Once your order is secured, we will ask you to send us some portrait pictures. Although we do not intended to make an exact likeness, we do need clear close up pictures from at least 2 different angles. Please refer to our picture guidelines for more information
You can send us pictures either by email to or by post.
Unfortunately we are unable to process your order if we have not yet received your pictures.
4. Postage & Delivery
Once final payment is received in full we will then dispatch your order
UK Mainland
We always use Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day guaranteed) for UK mainland destinations only, which is start from £12, including secure packaging.
Overseas
Overseas delivery is from £25, depending on the weight and destination. We won’t be responsible for the actual shipping charges and any additional duties charged by your country. We would be able to give you a definite shipping cost at time of your order.
