"After a long search for a special horse cake for my son's 7th birthday I came across Michelle's website about sugar sculptures. After a chat with Michelle she said she would try to make a horse for me - I'm not sure what I expected but I was blown away with the sculpture when it arrived - it's amazing, so life like and the detail is unbelieveable.
Michelle was so helpful and caring about the project and I am sure the finished cake ( a field with a beautiful pony in it ! ) will be gorgeous. Ben can also keep the horse forever!"
