Comissioned by the west end retailers to celebrate 1,415 birthday years, 5 foot by 5 foot cake in a shape of miniature London's West End took around 6 people to carry and it weighs more than 200 pounds!
Shoppers and retailers were given a piece of birthday cake – which will be cut into 1,415 pieces - one for every year being celebrated by the West End’s flagship retailers.

It consumed more than 40kgs of sugar 30 blocks of butter, 15 large slabs of freshly-baked sponge cake and 5 days to complete this massive cake!
