3 Easy steps to get your own personalised figurines.
1. Check Availability & Prices
Limited Orders
A minimum 2 weeks notice is normally required, although there is some flexibility depending on the current week’s workload.
Wedding cake orders require a minimum 2 months notice.
Orders will be accepted on a first come first serve basis, so it’s best to book your order far in advance. We would be happy to help you with the idea and design* which will be best fit your budget.
Fill Out Online Order Request Form to check our availability and get an accurate quote.
* Design sketch will be provided for confirmed cake order over £300.
2. Payment & Deposit
Payment in full is required to confirm your order (except for wedding cakes). You may cancel your order at any time with £50 cancellation fee.
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding cake order.
Any cancelation within 10 days prior to the required date is non-refundable.
You can pay us by debit or credit card, online (paypal) or send a UK cheque in a post. Read our available payment methods.
3. Collection & Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not ship our cakes.
Collection
Collection is available from our cake studio in Burgess Hill - West Sussex. Please ensure you have enough space with flat surface in the car prior the collection and ask for any advice.
Delivery
Delivery is available within 70 miles radius from our studio at Burgess Hill West Sussex by special courier at extra cost to ensure your cake is perfectly safe. Further area within the UK is available upon request*.
* For minimum cake order of £500.
