Basset Hound Dog
Culinary Olympic Gold Winner
It is a lifezise realistic hound dog-shaped sugar sculpture . It took four days to complete and consume around 20kg (44lb) of sugar.
This sugar sculpture won a gold medal in the Patisserie Showpiece section of the 2008 International Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.
