The Making of a Cow Cake
At almost a lifesize cow, measuring 2ft wide 4ft long, and 3ft tall, It is a massive cake. It weights around 120kgs and require at least 5 men to transport it safely.
This unusual cake was commissioned for... believe it or not... a wedding!
"Wedding was awesome. Cow was fantastic. I just cant thank you enough for everything you did! He survived.. just long enough for us to cut him and eat plenty of “beefcake”. Yummy!"
Sweet Cow!
It consume more than 30kgs of sugar paste, 15 kgs of icing sugar just to cover the base fruit cake.
